Open ear folk weaned listener residing near siren and glass crunched corners, peering wide eyed at dry turned up lips near baked August grain store sepia stained chanting of the lowlands. Sometimes being chased by an old Casio, speakers crackling. Loops caught grow dirges and static for irridesant rain drop, melodica puddle rippled, transistor antennae pulls at its teeth. The city meets this country boy confused, so I grew a beard.
Hello Pete, How you doing? Your voicemail said you moved. Was going to phone you back but cat says your phone has broke. She tried to call you to see if you were a free at a certain date in the future when she is coming up. I cant actually remember when that is possibly october. I have left Dominos (whoop) off to europe for a wee while. Week till I leave so if you about call/text/smoke signal me! ciao xx
Monsieur McConville - Canny wait to see you this weekend! Gie's a bell to let us know your travel plans. By the way, camping in the garden is going to be fun as you will be sharing the site with a good few others (including Gary and band) so it might be an idea to take cups, plates and even a stove if you have one. We'll be as hospitable as we can but there's gonny be about 20 people staying and we just don't have all that stuff!
yo scary leepfrog i put new songs up, think i'm catching your cold, its gonna be a stinker in all honesty i am unsure if i can make it out to see you friday, i need to work up a good panic about this gig, sorry! will try to phone somebody close to confirm tom tom
Sorry for taking so long to get back in touch... You're most welcome to stay at ours during the fest, although it'll need to be tent-based in the garden (full hoose). We MIGHT let you use our indoor plumbing if you ask very nicely. Can't wait to see you both, it's going to be a cracker of a weekend. Sincerely hoping you'll stick around Sunday night as well, after festy stuff is finished, for a bonfire/jam in the garden... Are you phonable again yet? See you soon, love from a goose
hazy leapfrog unsure of the exact chronology of your comment but here's hoping you had a nice stabbing free walk... on my cycle home from work disturbed two people shooting up in a back alley as their 12 year old spawn looked on in awe and had a light bulb thrown at me by some people who appeared to resemble grown adults. summer is a comin in tom
i'm back, tis a bit chilly in here, am warming self with whiskey, no syringes on doorstep, no utopian beetle states formed in kitchen. all seems peaceful... until...
Hey Pete, You..re on my influence for the music-I-don..t-make-yet list that means sometime in the far off future when I return to the island we..ll definately have to have a wee jam.
Hola Pedro, sorry for long silence - I want to hear more of your adventures, particularly nude-bathing-by-busy-roadside based ones. We do have your longjohns but not your inhaler - hope it turned up. By the way, I dreamt I put your 'Wooden things' album on and dicovered a devestatingly beautiful twenty minute long secret track at the end - I WISH I could remember more of it because it was truly lovely, but the only phrase that sticks is "between us all there is a grid, interwove-aye-in!" I made up a new song in my heid this morning at work, am about to record it hastily and will stick it on my page, it's very very folky and requires some sheepdog laziness, so have a listen and see what you think. Love and hugs, Alan

Hey Pete!
How's it going? Back in Glasgow. Was hoping to catch you play in Aberdeen at some point. Bumped into caroline who gave me your number. I'll give u a call next time I'm in town. Have been badgered into going to Rock Ness. Are you going? Not much excites me about the line up except Soulwax.
