| About Led Astray |
Led Astray are one of the UK’s finest tributes to the mighty Led Zeppelin.
Based in Scotland, they have quickly emerged onto the scene, performing 2-hour concerts to stunned audiences across the country, in venues ranging from small clubs to Murrayfield Stadium!
Their shows incorporate the most popular songs from Zeppelin’s first 7 albums, all delivered with the skill, feel and passion that the original band were famous for.
Rather than trying to sound like a replica of the studio recordings, Led Astray focus on recreating the live versions of most of the songs, leaving space to improvise where appropriate, so that every show is a little different.
Unlike most other tribute bands who claim to be “the most authentic in the world” Led Astray perfer to let their performances do the talking!
Featuring the searing vocals of Ian Burns, the guitar wizardry of Neil Humphrey, the solid bass, keyboards and mandolin of multi talented Alistair McBride and the thunderous drums of Fraser Murray, Led Astray are an act not to be missed.
