LEFT ABLAZE is a five piece metal outfit hailing from Perth Western Australia, delivering a sound best described as Heavy, intense and with no shortage of groove, Left ablaze bring forth a sense of integrity to a genre that is often oversaturated with fashion trends and passing scenes constantly combining a variety of styles within their sound, they have become one of Perth’s fastest rising talents.
Releasing a demo in summer 2006 Left Ablaze developed a strong following in Perth’s already solid local scene. 20th April 2007 saw Left Ablaze launch their debut EP "DIE FOR ME" to a overwhelming response at the Amplifier bar one of Perth’s premier venues. Recorded at Aussie Assault Studios and released through Prime Cuts Music,

As LEFT ABLAZE'S fan base grows, they continue to prove themselves to be an intense and energetic live act with their sights firmly set on becoming a genuine contender.

After months of Judging and deliberation and with over 4,000 votes from the general public we are pleased to announce the finalists for each category of the 2009 Australian Metal Awards. Check our website for the details.
The winners will be announced on the 7th of November at the 2009 Australian Metal Awards Show which will be held at the Forum (Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, NSW). Anyone who buys a pre-sale ticket to the 2009 Australian Metal Awards before Wednesday the 30th of September will go in the running to win 2 tickets to “Screamfest”.
Screamfest is a two day event commencing New Years Eve at the Enmore Theatre, Sydney. There will also be a third day of celebrations on Sydney Harbour with a Heavy Metal boat cruise. Tickets to the 2009 Australian Metal Awards can be purchased through any Moshtix outlet or online and are only $45 + bf.

The "Godfather Of Metal", who had interwievs wich such genre-legends like Paul Masvidal from CYNIC and Terence Hobbs from SUFFOCATION on his show, is now airplaying my songs!!! What an honor ...
