Two forlorn sons of the West Texas Plains (Matthan Minster and Casey Dellis) carefully crafted what would become their signature fraternal twin guitar sound inside the wind-swept walls of their crowded Lawndale practice space in 2001. Regrouping, once again in Amarillo, Texas (2003), after M. Minster's icy trek through the bitter winters of Minneapolis Minnesota in search and support of culinary greatness; the pair found themselves at a crossroad. Hearing the unmistakable call of Manifest Destiny they journeyed West to nestle into the fertile Willamette-fed valley of Portland, OR in 2005. After incurring measured losses-the worst of which was roughly 3 centimeters; the unlikely gents unearthed young Jedi drummer Nick Krieger and saw that it was good. Calloused by line-up changes over the years, the newly realized trio enlisted the expertise of multi-instrumentalist Cameron Jones for bass composition and recording duties. Hot off of their debut full-length album "The Somnific Era", Ley Lines is ready to share their music with the world.
