Oh Captain My Captain just finished recording the forthcoming Bladen County Records full length release "Recklessly She Split the Sea" with Skyler Norwood at Miracle Lake Studio in Camas, Wa. Skyler was more than fun to work with and he did a phenomenal job. Mr. Norwood will be mixing the album so look forward to spectacular results!
Lukas Kettner is doing the artwork with layout by Ken Carriglitto, if you're familiar with Lukas' artwork you're already anticipating how awesome it's going to be... if not, get familiar. The man is incredible.

The band did most of the tracking live, so it's a pretty honest sound coming at you, but with the added textures of strings, vibes, bells and toy piano (provided by Annalisa Tornfelt, Nathan Langston, Ian Krist and Mike Kitson respectively) you will be in pop heaven!
