About me: Actor, poet, DJ, rapper and teacher, jack of all trades master of hmm not much really.
Which all went on hold whilst we were trying to support my wife Sarah, who has had Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, through a bone marrow transplant.
Lots of people know all about this already, and there are a lot of people who are supporting us but if you are aged 18-43, generally healthy, and have not already joined, please join the bone marrow register now! You could save a life!
Find out more at www.like2like.com or look at my profile for details of the upcoming events that we are involved in. If you can't make these there are loads of ways of joining, call the ACLT on +44(0)208 240 4480 and they will be happy to fill you in.
If you want to read my poetry and ramblings check out the blog.
Cheers Mark AKA MrT
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who wants to know more about joining the bone marrow register, regardless of background but particularly mixed race people as it's most likely that a perfect matching donor for Sarah would be from a similar background to the two of us.

hey Mark, sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I'm sure you'll understand my busyness. Today I told myself that I have to read you blog because it's going to get even more busy and I should do it this year. I thought you had some interesting things to say, most of all I loved the poem about 'even Superman needs a phone box. You have a direct no nonsense approach to your writing which is good, especially for blogging (I never blog). I would say that in order to push yourself as a writer you should try to write, with a sense of rhythm etc, but without rhyme, that is a really good way of testing yourself and making sure you're not just relying on the rhyme.
I gotta go man, but keep it's great to know that things are going well for you and yours. And by the way, I thought that 'Good to be mixed' video was good and funny.
Ah wow man, that sounds incredible. I'm glad things are going well. Ah I meant we start again in November, sadly our line up is full up for then, but how about January?
Hello buddy. Good to hear from you again. Sorry for all the mix up with the last night, we are now back on schedule, I will consult with Hattie and fix up a date, we have some nights with slams lined up, would be good to get you to perform as a feature act at one of them maybe? How you been?
If you are in town this Wednesday, 22nd October, the band and myself are playing a special pre-digital release gig at The Green Note, Camden at 9pm.
It would be great to see you there but if you can't make the gig, from the 27th,the album will be available from i-tunes, napster, E-music, HMV Downloads, Nokia Music Store, Tesco Digital, Amazon. com (USA only), 7 Digital and Play. com
