Lisa Bassenge is the jazz-voice of Berlin – charming, courageous and cool, disarmingly honest and decidedly original. Her combination of talent and taste, and most of all her deep, seductive voice, has led a legion of devoted fans into temptation. A musician’s singer, who rather really sings than to fake a scat, Lisa will raise the roof off an after-hours-club in “Prenzlauer Berg” one night, then go on to move the crowd of a concert-hall or the nation’s 1-late-night-network-TV-show the next. The recipient of a “jazz award”, critically acclaimed for the six ground-breaking albums of her jazz-band, as well as the releases of her bands “micatone” and “nylon”, the velvety vocalist has toured Europe and Asia, and is looking forward to conquering the rest of the world.

Das Warten hat ein Ende. Die legendäre BarBoBu-Party lädt nach der unerträglich langen Sommerpause endlich wieder zum fröhlichen Ringelreien. Diesmal im Obergeschoss des Edelweiß im Görlitzer Park am Freitag, 16.10. Mit dabei sind natürlich die unvergleichliche BarBoBu Hausband mit ihrem wilden Potporee aus Soul, Funk und Rock'n'Roll Krachern sowie das beste DJ-Duo zwischen hier und Graceland: Jerry & The Duke. Special Guest: Die neuseeländischen Newcomer von THE SUN & THE WOLF.
