  • General

    I like to read, love to travel, meet new people, and see new places. Eating good food and spending time with my closest friends is something I want to do more of. I miss living at the beach. Sun, sand, and waves bring me an unbelievable peace. I truly derive some of my greatest joy in life from entertaining my wrestling fans when I perform, followed closely by seeing my personal training clients succeed and reach their fitness goals. I ENJOY working out... I find peace in the gym.

    Being a professional wrestler, I have always enjoyed watching wrestling on television. Even watching bad wrestling can teach you what not to do in the ring, so it has always been a learning tool. Sappy teen-show Dawson's Creek was always a favorite, if only for the fact that I lived in the town where it was filmed and it always reminds me of home. (The second reason I watched, Katie Holmes, is no longer a factor after she decided to get married!) Can you beat the Andy Griffith show? Not if you are from NC... Reality shows = BLAH.

    I am an avid reader, and one of my proudest moments was when I had my first novel, PERFECT, published in November '05. I like to read fiction for fun, most anything by James Patterson, David Baldacci, John Sandford, Kyle Mills, Pat Conroy, John Grisham, Tom Clancy, Lee Childs, and Stuart Woods. NY Times Bestseller List usually means readable for me...

  • Heroes

    As a child, my heros were mostly professional wrestlers. Strangely enough I ended up working with and being friends with many of them as an adult. Being an ex-military guy, I have to give props to all the men and women that serve this great country. In my book, those that serve cannot be thanked enough.
