   About Lonesome Brothers
Before there was Americana or Alt.Country or Singer Songwriter or Roots Rock or any of the other record store bin labels of today; when new wave was crashing and hair bands were making video history, there was the LONESOME BROTHERS. Six CD's full of original songs and thousands of gig miles later, there still is. From the lowliest bar in the tiniest town of Western Massachusetts to Town Hall in Manhattan and Newport RI the Lonesome Brothers put it down like it's supposed to be put down. Original, creative, pumping, swaying, digging, rocking, blues busting, curve making, straight shooting, no bullshit songs and solos. Get on the dance floor now, before the song ends, this ain't no jam band.   I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)

I thought Steve Westfield was gonna bring poor 'ol Ray down, when he jumped on his shoulders towards the end of the show Saturday Night.

It was a brief moment of terror, in an otherwise predictably memorable evening.

So glad we made it out to see you guys yet again.

Until the next time... Cheers to Jim, Ray & Tom.

Hello Brothers,
Enjoyed your tunes here along with my morning coffee. My kinda country music. Went to the 'Young at Heart' movie last night and saw you caught on camera every now and again, Jim. I've got some rough 'outta the PA head' clips up on my profile from a gig a week and a half ago with Jim Edwards on bass. He wouldn't let us mic his amp, but we will next time.
All the best,
Chris

To Jimmy, Tommy, and Ray: Thanks to you and Peter Smolenski and Joe Blumenthall and many other "repectfull" people in the music community, I will simply say this...
No one ever has recorded musicians live from around the USA simultaneously singing in harmonies, but... little ole' homeless tommy. Prove me wrong. Soon now, I will introduce to you live online broadcasting over the radio. It's so easy that it's sort of stupid... but that is what I can do.

Live One World Music is now a reality... thanks to you. Imagine sitting in your home and being able to play "live" in real time with your friend in East OshKoss" :) Well... get ready to send little ole' street man me... into cyber-space now forever. I love you all. Peace Out, tommy soccertom1026@yahoo.com

Thanks for the add Lonesome Bros. Come back to ME sometime - Space Gallery or The Northstar (no hot tubs in the Maine one) or the Empire are great Portland gigs since the demise of Free Street Taverna. Let me know if you're coming - will play you lots on Kitchen Party WMPG

I've heard that their are people who can play live music with others around the world and record it into edited mp3s, without ever needing to "be together". Does anybody know anyone who does this ?

I have an old Windows 98 computer and I figured out how I can play live music with you anytime and I can record that live performance into an edited mp3 and have it back to you within one hour easy. Nobody else seems to be doing this. Creativity and Imaginative pursuits... just like you :) soccertom1026@yahoo.com
