Loops started recording in 1985. Released Ist single in 1992, which became NME single of the week. Loop Guru went on to have a further 6 singles of the week. They recorded five sessions for the sadly deceased John Peel. Became renowned for stunning live performances and toured worldwide. Loop Guru have just released there 13th album 'Elderberry Shiftglass' a psychedelic homage to 1966 in 2006
