B and Gabin met in Sydney in 2003 and did not cross paths again until 2005 when 'Machine est Mon Coeur' began in Berlin amidst many musical and sonic experimentations.
In late 2006/early 2007 both members were again in Sydney working on a their first self-titled EP which is now complete...(you can find it on www.machineestmoncoeur.com).
After pausing briefly to play live in Berlin, Hamburg and Leipzig in 2008, they are now based mainly in France and are currently writing and recording material towards their first full-length album.
B.Calandra was also recently a featured singer on the new project 'Hollywood Mon Amour' from the producers of 'Nouvelle Vague' in 2008.
Machine est mon coeur have begun to play live again in 2009, so stay tuned.......
Bianca Calandra et Gabin Lopez se sont rencontres à Sydney (Australie) en 2003. Ils se sont croisés de Nouveau en 2005 à Berlin.
'Machine est Mon Coeur' né alors du mélange expérimentation sonore/pop songwriting.
Fin 2006/début 2007 ils retournent à Sydney pour terminer leur premier EP (disponible sur www.machineestmoncoeur.com).
Ils ont ensuite joué live à Berlin, Hambourg et Leipzig début 2008. Aujourd’hui basé dans le sud-ouest de la France, le groupe écrit et enregistre avec pour objectif d’achever un premier album.
Bianca Calandra a également collabore récemment au projet ‘Hollywood Mon Amour’ du producteur de Nouvelle Vague.
