We have some excellent news; two new bills have been introduced in Congress this summer. Representative Barney Frank (D-MA) introduced H.R. 5843, known as, “An Act to Remove Penalties for Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults”. This bill would strip the federal government of it’s authority to arrest adult cannabis users. Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) introduced HR 5842. This bill would make federal authorities respect states’ current laws on medicinal cannabis and end DEA raids on facilities distributing medical marijuana legally under state law.
Please take action by calling your representative and asking him to support both of these bills. The number to reach Tom Allen is 202-225-6116 and the number for Mike Michaud is 202-225-6306.

The morning is nigh Its time to get high Last time tonight Sleep will come with no fight Load the green in this blunt Please don't make it a runt
What is so wrong with Mary Jay? Is it so bad to feel like a sun ray? All nice and feelin' fine and dandy Takes away worry; makes me hunger candy They say its a drug thats bad If you believe that, you've been had
Was that blunt hit by a blight? If we're gonna get high, lets do this right! Heres my green, continue to roll After we're done, we'll smoke my bowl Tie it off, damn that is big Its really in nice fig
Socially alcohol is okay Although it makes people pass away But marijuana is a "killer" drug But it causes no graves to be dug Cigarettes kill thousands of users Even when they're not abusers
What you may have heard is slanted Because this "drug", was actually planted Unlike cigarettes, it contains no chem All natural baby, tell that to the rest of them.
If everyone smoked a blunt the world would be a better place.
