To develop leaders and use cultural advocacy in order to increase political participation in the San Jose Mexican community specifically among Women, Youth, LGBTQQI. Membership Requirements:
• Undergoes an Orientation Program
• Attends all regularly-scheduled Educational Discussions and General Meetings
• Co-facilitates at least one Educational Discussion a year.
• Participates in decision-making and planning process of MAIZ campaigns and activities.
• Attends all retreats.
