I finally got around to trying your gator taco! It was fantastic... tastes like chicken! ;) Thanks for the encouragement, Sean. I must say, though... the fish taco is still my favorite! With a little green tabasco sauce it's like heaven on earth.

I think the buffalo would be a winner...never tasted ostrich!
Also, if anyone can find a better friggin' taco ANYWHERE please let me know. I'm personally having a tough time finding one myself!
