After several years, which she have created within different frameworks in various ensembles, one of Israel's unique and captivating voices out into the world. Singer and a guitarist who creates a magical world of sounds and spheres. Since being marked at the age of 7 as a great promise of vocal abilities, she has been moving forward rapidly. Acquired formal (Rimon and Hed colleges) and independent musical education from Israel's finest teachers. Rabbi of experience in directing, acting and composing for the theatre, add a certain flare to her charismatic appearance. Her works and performances possess an ancient magic, which corresponds with proud jazz divas such as Nina Simone and Billie Holiday, Folk legends such as Joni Mitchell, Joann Baez, etc. This mix creates a new and unique style that can be called as diva - Folk.
In 2006 released the first EP, self-production called Roses and Wine, including three songs.
After she led in her voice the ensembles "Ahimsa" from New Zealand, "Small Talk", the Samba act "Alma clma", the super group " happy six players ", and have been performing at great and important festivals in the country (InDnegev, Folkale) and abroad, Lotan is out with a full band performance and a new album, Island. A result of a three years concentrated action. The album combines the musical and human influences accumulated in those years. Along with texts full of insight and emotion, the music melts acoustic Groove, folk and feminine blues with Acid and Nu Jazz rhythms. Exciting Songs with of longing, all floating under a hypnotic layer of vocals . Music that comes out to the listener, stroking and touching, breaking the ordinary and massages the soul.
Island album, produced by Adam Scheflan (Eatliz, The Girls, etc.) and host the country's best musicians (Eyal Talmud, Yoni Silver, Barak cream), creating a coherent piece, an album first of its kind in the country.
