   About Mortifier
Ohio thrash metal act, Mortifier, was formed in early 2007. Since the formation, Mortifier has put out several successful releases to date including a full length CD in late 08 entitled “UNDERGROUND NOISE” and a 7” e.p. in the summer of 09 entitled “TALES OF TORTURE”. Numerous shows/tours have been played in the past 2 years in support of the releases spanning over 8 different states as far west as Kansas City, and as far east as Boston.

With all the hard work these 5 young musicians (average age 20) have put in already, and the amount of attention that they are starting to attract, you can expect nothing but good things in the future for Mortifier!

Everything's good man. Saving up some scratch so I can buy a new bass and an amp after christmas. Hoping to start some projects up that are different from the deathcore bullshit we have up here. Then after that, I think I'm gonna try to start up a label; it won't be for a while, but it's something I really wanna do, after seeing all these awesome bands who are sitting on some golden material I've gotten kinda inspired haha.

speaking of labels, has Detonate found one yet?
and hows the new lineup of Mortifier working out?
