Rainshadow is a Melbourne band that strives to create dark and melancholic music.
The first release was the demo 'Old', created by Ben W and Mark Kelson (The Eternal). After being more than pleased with the result, it was decided that a full length album was required in order to further develop the Rainshadow sound. Working together again, Ben and Mark have completed the debut album 'End Songs'. Featuring ten songs of atmosphere, melody and depression.
Produced by Mark Kelson, 'End Songs' includes an 8 page booklet designed by Ne Obliviscaris vocalist Xenoyr. It was mastered at Crystal Mastering Studios in Melbourne.

In September 2008 the track 'Omega' featured on Terrorizer Magazine's unsigned bands c.d Fear Candy, and with a 6 piece live line-up currently playing shows, Rainshadow is set to become a permanent fixture in the dark metal scene.
