Narcoterror is an attempt to chart the course of a doomed narcotic romance. The songs, played in order, form a fairly straightforward narrative of love and loss.
These songs are not autobiographical but instead, observational and can be seen as reports from the trenches during the War on Drugs.
N.B. The proper title of the first song is "Gently Johnny/Electric Mainline" and it is based on Paul Giovanni's arrangement of the traditional "Gently Johnny" from the "Wicker Man" soundtrack and Jason Spaceman's "Electric Mainline".
