Special investigator Jack Martin (Folley) takes his team to Southern China to look into a series of missing persons cases. With the help of archeologist and linguistics expert Lena Dexter (Carradine), he uncovers connections that lead to missing artifacts and reports of mass memory loss. Along the way, they meet the enigmatic “Mr. Smith” (Ems) who seems to know more than he admits. Clues lead them to a derelict building with odd inconsistencies in its history, inhabited by creatures that defy imagination.
