    Neo-Form consists of a loose group of people, actively promoting music and culture.

    We’ve been active for a long time, organizing and presenting events, publishing music and journalistic material and creating a lasting social network among members of the Neofolk/Industrial/Avantgarde - scene.

    Currently the website is under heavy, strike that, total reconstruction, due to technical problems with the old server and, most of all, the old software that the website was based on.

    The Neo-Form magazine articles were widely read, cited and circulated. The material is now scattered on various websites, but it will be made available again soon in a coherent form.

    Before ’’MySpace accounts for everybody’’ became fashionable, the forum of Neo-Form was the hot-spot of the scene within the German speaking areas (and beyond). Given the situation with MySpace, we do not feel the necessity for a revival of the old forum. A lot of people expressed their regret over the loss of it, and we are sorry, but the decision stands. Even today there are other ‘scene’ - websites with forums, but since none of them achieve the visitor traffic of the Neo-Form forum, there does not seem to be a demand for it.

    The 2 samplers and the re-release of the Sagittarius LP “Die große Marina” reached an audience we had not envisioned; the old servers counted over 40.000+ completed downloads. We hope to achieve something like that with the 3rd Neo-Form sampler as well.
