Performing live with Jim Becker from the band Califone (plus a solo set!),Green will be adding a live narration and soundtrack to his animated works. Dubbed by The New York Times as "some of the most original animations we have seen in years," Green's films resemble demented Paul Klee paintings: a mix of drawings and stick figures in a deceptively naive style of animation. The voiceover works like a soundtrack and adds a creepy, almost cruel sense of humor to the images. Hadacol Christmas is a very original Santa Claus story that somehow involves birds swimming through the air and getting drunk while sitting on a branch.
