"Nierty" is an amalgamation of the words deity, a postulated preternatural or supernatural immortal being, who may be thought of as holy, divine, or sacred and the "Anti/necro" for a negative context ie a tongue in cheek abbreviation for necrotic deity,dark god but essentially a unique word with a vaguely obvious meaning.

started in mid 2007 with the vague production of "Maniacal Laughter" a conceptual draft album which was i bi-product of a three year collaboration with previouse black metal band. a growing collection of indifferent concepts and material though unsuited yet to interesting to ignore was coming into light. leaving only a band name and riffs for an initial live set/demo the co-op split into its conflicting interests and the remaining craft was left to take form. at the dawn of 2007 from a dusky home studio in north wales and help from good friends Niel ford (national head band/scaffold), knifechrist(vocals first 4 songs) Diametrical Infarcations was released into the world and quickly noted for for the its death metal like aggression yet never the less freezing black metal.

Now unbound by the limits of live performance nierty has found itself free to utilized and push all manners of production tech and equipment in any number of ways to bring an entirely new aura of brutality, aggression and far fetched studio experimentation to the table that can normally only be conceived at an accousmatic level. with the second release of "Dominion"(2) which fuses the feel of tech death/grind, doom, speed, punk and even early blues into what is normally known as extreme black metal. This snapped up be the black metal label "This winter will last forever" and set into print for release in December in full jewl box pro CD format.

1 year passes and after several promos are distributed the final master work of nierty as an accousmatic project is ready for release in December 09 as a one track DVD album Essence of the nightbringer which further experiments and embellishes on studio experimental methods and also contains sections that previously where tracks on maniacal laughter but rehashed including the track Amser written and donated by knifechrist and blended into the release.,also set for release on DVD on This winter will last forever records and released and on pro CD and itunes through ravenous cadaver records. Armed also with a demo recorded by guitarist malcom abbell (sheffield) an entire line up is sought for the first release as a full band "FED TO RATS" including Mortabeast and serpent(Dylan/dean-hecate enthroned) and Skinblaster.
