Hello. I was wondering if you would like to swap cds for Christmas. I will send you one of mine for one of yours. Your music is beautiful and I would love a copy. Also, I will throw in my bands (Acrylic Sound Stream) new album which is an eight song disk with all songs written from the perspective of ANTS (which is the title). It has just been released through Blueberry Hill Records. The other I would send is one I am finishing up right now and is of my own stuff and will have between 12 and 17 tracks. It will most likely cost us about 8 dollars each to send them to each other but I would love to do it. Let me know what you think. Talk to you soon. Ryan.
Sad and beautiful music from the bottom of a well is what I would title this music. The vocals have so much feeling it is incredible and they change with the music perfectly. I love it. They can sound like Kim Gordan one minute and then smooth out like Cat Power in the next minute. Absolutely can't get over how beautiful "This Dark Distraction" is. It is my favorite. I just sat there staring. The untitled track is also great. They are all great. If you would ever consider it I would love to do a cd swap with you. I might have to send you a couple though to make things even for sending me "this dark distraction." Thanks for inviting me for a listen. Keep in touch. Ryan Egan (Broken Folk Transistor).
Hello there. I just came by to read about your projects and I really like what I read. I like that you make the items with little to no waste. Your art and examples of cd cover art are also very cool. I just moved and I am waiting for my internet to be hooked up again at home so that I can listen to your music, but right now all I have is access to the computer at work which has no volume. I will keep in touch. Take care and thankyou for the nice comment you left on my page. Ryan Egan of Broken Folk Transistor
Thanks alot for you kind words. You're very welcome, thanks for accepting. I very much enjoyed all your songs. The Dark Distraction and circling both really stood out to me. Such moving sounds and concepts. Totally diggitry.
Thank You! (& You're Welcome??) if Chicago Song has been a welcome addition into your brains. If it's one of those "it's been stuck in my head and I'm dying over here" things....then I am truly, truly sorry. Either way, thank you so much for taking a listen. It means so much any time someone stops to actually check out the music; it's so easy to just ignore. That being said, I love listening to yours. Your songs are beautiful, certainly, but also full of questions and strange meandering trains of thought that make them so unique to each listener, which I think is an amazing thing--to let the music be open for each new ear, instead of just a mallet used to get one specific message or concept across. Beautiful, wonderful, new, joyful.
