Welcome to The Perk! Here, we hope you will enjoy a coffee (or tea) drinkin’ experience unlike no other; rich with neighborhood charm and comfort, a great view of the park and an awesome cup o’ joe. If you’re a first timer here, please, introduce yourself! We make special effort to get to know you and your drink so that you can start your day off feeling cool in front of the other customers when you order “the usual”. Our cup sizes are Small, Medium, and Large- we don’t like to use big words in the morning and we’re sure you don’t either. We are big supporters of the arts, and feature a monthly rotation of local art on our walls. Our coffee is organic, fair-trade, shade-grown and is roasted for us locally. If you would like to purchase a pound or two, please just ask! We don’t pre-bag because we want your coffee to be fresh. We make all our drinks and sandwiches to order- if there’s something you like or don’t like, please, tell us!
