"About Paunch Wheel"
The band was formed by Takuma Aoki(Vo, G.), Daisuke Kishibe(B, Vo.), Remio Masui(Dr.) and Yusaku Yasumoto(Key.) in December, 2000. They all were
friends in the highschool chorus club.
When they named the band, they wanted it to be a long name like "Sgt.
Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band", so they named the band "All About My
Paunch and Bucket Wheel Excavator".
But soon they got a lot of complaints because it was too long. Then they
shortened the band name to "Paunch Wheel" and at the same time, Koji
Naruse(G.) joined and this is how they started.
