"Permafrost" is the name of the solo project of guitarist and songwriter Chris Wood based in Leeds West Yorkshire UK.
Chris has joined up with singer Chris Ward to write new songs since Feb 2008. Lots of material is written and awaiting release in the form of a few eps or album to be released later in 2009 or early 2010. The name of this new project is called "Cut Out Shapes"

Hi Chris, Good to hear from you! We're thinking about doing the campaigning this time - 6-hour shifts instead of 8, AND you don't have to do an overnight!
