Well... I've been busy recording, writing, touring in various capacities as I always have. These are demos I've been producing over the past 2 years. Some are multitracked in 3 different provinces!! Between road trips, moves, different bands. A couple of them are recorded live in moment, which is usually the best way.
I've had some luck in the past licensing out my music to American T.V. shows, with Tri Star in L.A. and I've done a total of 18 tours across Canada since 2000. My record is 42 days straight of shows in the summer of 2004. I wouldn't recommend it though..... everybody needs a day off! We did 160 shows in 6 months that year. Also spent most of 2007 in Europe playing with ADAMS RIB.
Check out some of the other artists I've recorded and played live with recently in my TOP friends...I'm playing bass with INVISIBLE MAN out of Montreal. ..... SEAN PINCHIN... awesome acoustic / slide player / vocalist from Toronto.. I recorded him in bathrooms / laundry rooms / to get that sound... and MORG .. I played some ambient guitar on his fabulously produced electronica pop... I'm also doing gigs with the fabulous new Montreal Beatles tribute DAYTRIPPER www.daytrippertribute.com doing the part of John Lennon.
I'm always looking for new people to collaborate with. I'm relatively new to Montreal, and I'm very versatile on guitar/ bass /lap steel and I also play a little keys / rhodes/ and drums..
Just trying to keep it real.... and never have to get a day job.!!!
