Peter Lyons, with the brilliant help of Adam Holmes | Benjamin Stoop | Stephanie Dade. we strum guitar, play bontempi, twang banjo, sequence samplers, bang drums, tinkle toy piano, chime glockenspiel, fiddle with electronics and sing.
I started writing and recording music aged 13.
From 2003 to 2006 I recorded a full length generally regarded as my first, it being a mix of bedroom folk, electronica and multi-layered vocals.
In 2006, the amazing Adam Holmes, brilliant Ben Stoop and super-snazzy Stephanie Dade joined me on stage to form a live band.
In 2007 I recorded my second full length of homemade folk music.
I am now recording a third full length of contemporary digital music.
I am heavily involved with both Tape Club Records and Sotones labels, for which I have released music physically and digitally.
