Reading, writing, playing my bass guitar, listening to music, hiking and boating. I love horseback riding, but I can never get anyone to go with me. I spend most of my time writing books. I love creating characters like faeries, vampires, gods and goddesses, shapeshifters and warriors. My warrior heroes/heroines are usually based on the Irish Fianna who were fierce warriors ,but also skilled poets.
Music
My favorite bands are Evanescence, Nightwish, Flyleaf, Seether, Apocalyptica, Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, but I like all kinds of hard rock, metal and I have a softer side as well. I like Loreena McKennitt and Blackmore's Night. Lately, I have been really getting into Icelandic metal. It's great for writing stories set in the Dark Ages.
Movies
My favorite movies are Excalibur, Bram Stoker's Dracula, 12 Monkeys, Braveheart, Terminator, Dazed & Confused, Hocus Pocus, Galaxy Quest, Gladiator, City of Angels, Stargate, Bandits, Highlander, 300, King Arthur, Hell Boy, Somewhere in Time, Underworld, Phantom of the Opera. There are others that I can't think of right now.
Television
I like watching television way too much. My all time favorite t.v. shows were Highlander The Series and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I also like Charmed, Lost, The Closer, Saving Grace, Medium, Smallville, Rock of Love on VH1, Rome, Blood Ties, Men in Trees, Ghost Whisperer, Monk, Bones, Dexter, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Moonlight and Supernatural.
I read everything from romance, erotica, fantasy, horror, sci-fi and historical fiction. Some of my favorite authors are Ann Rice, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Morgan Llewelyn, Stephen King, Karen Marie Moning, Lynn Kurland and Juliet Marillier. I enjoy Y.B Yeats and his writings on faery folklore. My most recent favorite books are The Light Bearer, Confessions of a Pagan Nun, The King Must Die and The Dark Mirror. Right now I am re-reading the Mabinogion.

Hi Kelley, Heaven & Earth is on hiatus now as Stuart Smith and Richie Onori have joined forces with bassist Steve Priest to reform "Sweet". For those of you unfamiliar with the band, Sweet originally formed in the early 70s and went on to sell over 40,000,000 albums with 11 International Top Ten Hits such as "Ballroom Blitz", "Little Willy", "Love is Like Oxygen", "Fox on the Run", "Teenage Rampage", "Action", "Blockbuster", "Hellraiser" and many others.
This reincarnation of the band reformed last year, playing their first show in June, and went on to play festivals throughout Canada and the States and had played to over 300,000 people before the year was out.
