GeneralBooks, film, art, the great outdoors, spirituality, human psychology, yoga, weight-lifting, young adult literature, coffee, Wicca (I've researched it for my books), popular culture, smart people who have unique points of view, music, travel, friends, family and my sweet, sweet honey (he's sometimes my muse and never fails to inspire me)
MusicI never get sick of hearing of hearing new kinds of music. Along with books and films, there are way too many favorites to name. I had the pleasure of working in an indie record shop for two years; I was in heaven.
MoviesWay too many to name. Here's a short list of movie's I love, but I'm only scratching the surface: Chocolat, Memoirs of a Geisha, all X-Men movies, Swimming Pool, everything by Kevin Smith(with the exception of Vulgar the Clown), Streetcar Named Desire, Match Point, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Pirates, Zoolander, Like Water for Chocolate, most of Quentin Tarentino's films, Good Fellas, Cameron Crowe's films (Almost Famous ect.), Ghostworld, Sin City, Requiem for a Dream, Sixth Sense, anything with Johnny Depp (not 21 Jump Street or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory eww...), Big Fish...this list could go on forever.
TelevisionI'm all about the Daily Show. I just bought a season of Veronica Mars. My boyfriend and I are watching the dvd's of Smallville these days. I also just got Firefly. I know I'm out of the demographic but I love Buffy. I love Weeds!
BooksAdult Fiction: The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, White Oleander, Scar Tissue (the memoir of Anthony Keidis, Wuthering Heights, anything by Anais Nin, anything by Charels de Lint, The Bell Jar, To Kill a Mockingbird, Lolita. This list could go on forever... YA Books:Twilight is amazing. A Great and Terrible Beauty, anything by Francesca Lia Block, anything by Holly Black, Shrimp, Blood and Chocolate, The Earth My Butt and other Round Things, this is another list that could go on forever.

Finish the Frankie Landau-Banks book and loved it. I'll get the review written tomorrow.
BTW, have you read HURRICANE SONG by Paul Volponi? Powerful stuff. I'm thinking it will be one of the serious books I read aloud next year.

Hey, thank you for giving me a little space in your space.

While you are laying out by the pool, you might want to pick up my new book, The Second Virgin Birth. It's a great summer read.

Regardless of what you do, just remember this: Good friends don't let you do stupid things......alone!

Obama, of course. I'm still a Democrat! However, I maintain that he was not the most qualified for the job, and that Clinton should've gotten the nomination.
