Formed in 2006, the band initially played power metal and 80s thrash as a four piece, but in the summer of 2007 vocalist Jatonaz joined the band, and the sound was shifted to a more thrashy tone with melodic death elements.
Power Overwhelming is currently on hiatus, as our guitarist Bachi is currently serving our country. If we do get back together, we hope you keep supporting us!

well, NY would be cool, but for someone like me i wouldnt enjoy it too much except for the thrill of walking around the streets at night. i dont know much about SF. i would choose LA, ive got a couple friends over there that love it, nice weather, snowy mountains, diversity of the whole world put in one big city, especially if you wanted to do some band work on the side of schooling, it should be the best place to go...
