Members of Broken Arm have previously been in Sailors (gringo), Static Waves, Woman (sea) and Like a Kind of Matador (tumult). Now that's pedigree. FRINGES - new band from Bristol with members of Soeza, Line, Headfall and ex-Scarecrows and ex-Murder of Rosa Luxemburg. More sweet pedigree. A tight, jagged, uncluttered, direct sorta sound made by clean-cut squares and scruffy slacks. They are a quartet, with two guitars, saxophone and drums, they keep it instrumental.
