I grew up in Niagara Falls, NY and moved to Lansing, MI
to attend MSU. I fell in love with the people and town
of Lansing and have been here ever since. Recently, I
was on the Ultimate Fighter season 2 reality TV show
on Spike! I had an awesome time on the show and learned
many things from the other members on the show and the
coaches. The fight between Brad and myself was an
intense fight and was excited to come out victorious!
I look forward to making my mark in the Ultimate
Fighting Championship and attaining more fans and friends.

It's all good man. Machida is hard to figure out! But you definately showed up fa sho. Everyone has to lose one day. Pick ya self up and come harder. One!
There's nothin' to do but get up, acknowledge what what happened, look at what went wrong, aim to improve it, take those neccessary steps to improve and come into the Octagon a better Rashad Evans. It was a learning experience nothing more. Expect everything, Wait for nothin'.
What's goodie Rashad? Good fight wit Machida also. They say you can tell a real Champ not by the lose but how they bounce back from it and I have not 1 doubt in my mind you WILL be Champ again. I also watched the fight about 3-4 times and if you was to fight him again I'm VERY confident it'll be the other way around. It's just all about exploding at the right time, but you already know that. Your still my favorite fighter hands down. Ya boy Braze
To see you fall from grace was very disheartening to say the least, but as the old saying goes, something good will come from this. Once you reach the top, there is no where else to go but down, and even in defeat, you will evolve to defeat all fighters in front of you and revenge your loss to take back what was taken from you.
Keep your head up, your a great fighter!! You will be back and you do have some big time fans out there!! Congrats on being on tuf I'm excited to see you coach. After you whip page you will get your revenge on machida. DON'T FORGET WHAT GOT YOU HERE!! Put machida on his back next time. I was disappointed you didn't attempt a takedown. You have a great punch but wrestling got you here don't forget about it!!! Good luck!
Much love and keep on grindin!!
You'll get that belt back!
