the first kinks song i ever heard was sitting on my sofa a was about 11 or twelve. in my life a spend a lot of time listening too ray music and spending a lot of money buying ray music. i knew the 60's kinks but lost interest after lola but was reintroduced to muswell hillbillies. in fact i like that political vaudeville kinks era a lot, mushwell is one of my all time favotite albums, i like the dry production? preservation, soap, schoolboys, misfits, sleepwalker greta great great and then it stopped. never liked the stadium incarnation untill recently i joined some friends starting a kinks music tribute band.the thing is the kinks never stopped growing and changeing very different from contemporaries like the stones or the who who are more revivalists. i enjoyed ray sole a two different occasions, i saw the storyteller and a jazz bilzen groupgig wich i liked a lot because 'god's children was played' a prove the man knows his own classix. i think i have all the official kinks albums in one way or another and as i said it is time for an re appreciation of the mid seventies period i even like some cuts on the percy album moments and god's children are class A songs and i lik tho tongue in cheekness of wilsden green a foreplay to muswell hillbillies.

Thank you very much for adding me, Ray! I went to England for the first time last August from London to Land's End, Cornwall inspired by the song "Victoria"! And I also noticed the poster of your concert in Brighton! By the way, when are you coming back to Japan? I want to see you on the stage again if possible in Fukuoka, Japan! I've been one of your oldest fans since 1980 and I first see you in the first Kinks concert in Japan, 1982. Do you remember Nihon Seinen-Kan in Tokyo? Cheers!
