The critics said of ROARING TRADE:
'5/5...alluring and often addictive. Razorlily excel in stimulating the auditory g-spot with their soulful lyrics, tight rhythms melodies & harmonies provided by vocal and guitars that make you want to go back and listen for more, again and again. Frozen is a prime example to the sound Razorlily have made for themselves and I would recommend grabbing the whole album 'Roaring Trade' if you like what you hear. Hands down a 5 star track. JJJ Listener
'4/5 Beautifully put together. Almost addictive, this song (Frozen) is driving and very emotive. Razorlily have a great style'. JJJ Listener
'Emotion-charged passionate rock reminiscent of the Howling Bells or PJ Harvey - 8/10' Rockstar Online Magazine
'A success on every level. Razorlily have hit the nail bang on the head here...remniscent of the haunting masculine/feminine tones of Siouxsie Sioux or Chrissie Amphlett, Andrews' vocal delivery ranges from being convincingly spiked with anger to alluringly dripping in sex'.
Mike Wafer, Xpress Mag, Perth
'hook laden, catchy melodies'.

ROARING TRADE was Recorded at Blackbird Studios with Dave Parkin (WAMI Award Winning/Red Jezebel/Snowman/Jebediah) and mastered at Crystal Mastering by John Ruberto (Love Outside Andromeda/Dallas Crane/Epicure) Roaring Trade moves between the dark, sensual sounds of a late night club through to the sexy end of rock n roll.
So it’s all now official! BUB are making one last trek to Melbourne before their hiatus at the end of the year! Woo hoo! Saturday 6 September @ the Glasshouse with a variety of burlesque and other rockin’ girl bands…so you should all (well except for Shaun) be there!
Also, Sach and I have decided to stay on a couple more days to enjoy Melbs for a little bit longer – so if you feel like catching up for dinner, a bevvy or two, or even just recommending a couple of places we should eat at/ drink at/ shop at, that would be awesome!
