Add to My Profile | More Videos It's rare to find a band with such a broad spectrum of influences yet they are more than just the sum of those parts. It's even rarer to find a band with such influences who make the kind of music that sounds quite like nothing else. Ariel Lerner and Elisa Zoot met by chance in a recording studio in Rome in 2001. Their mutual love for European downtempo and electronic acts would become the catalyst for creating their very own band, Reverse E. It wasn't long until their musical output would gain the recognition of Sound On Sound magazine's hallowed 'Demo of the Month' award - an accolade which would also be merited to them twice by Future Music magazine. Their finely crafted studio work has always been backed up by strong live performances. It is the quality of these performances which has seen the band progress to supporting various high profile artists including the likes of Ladytron, Laika, and Tricky's vocalist Costanza. . Ariel and Elisa have recently relocated to London, where they are currently settling into their Crouch End studio. No time for sightseeing though, as the duo are already hard at work on brand new material. After a year gigging all around London the band was nominated for the Indyawards for best electronica and got to the final 4 artists' shortlist.
