As a fan I took a few snapshots of bands back in the 70's and 80's,I was never pro or made money at it. Sometimes I had passes through a promoter or others but just as many times battled it out in the front like everyone else trying to get a picture but finally gave it up... could no longer get passes..and the no cameras allowed kind of killed the fun besides the cost of tickets and driving expense going up. *(OK....Some of the personal stuff. Born in Kansas, lived there a month, airforce parents so moved around a bit, Maine, Rome NY, a few other places, ended up in Enid Oklahoma. Dad sent a 35mm camera while overseas so tried to figure out how to take pictures of local bands and concerts with mixed results, later bought a Minolta SRT 101 and Vivitar 70-210 zoom of which most of my concert pic's were taken with. Shot mainly in the 70's and part of the 80's, snapped a few for Little Wing Concerts in Tulsa Okla for awhile... but then just kind of quit, now I may take a few pic's of local (sunsets) or personal things, thanks to a myspace friend that has loaned me a digital camera. In high school took guitar lessons from Michael Hedges before he was signed to Windham Hill, but I never really had the needed talent, so just a bedroom basher. Past few years have been digging out the old negatives and slides and trying to scan in, so sharing a few of those. Some days I miss it, there were some great times over the years)Most images taken by me, other then a few old ad's I've thrown in and some shots my son took No Schlock.... No Rock!
