Right Away, Great Captain! was recorded over a span of 3 days in a 100 year old log cabin near Bastian, VA in August of 2006. It is a concept record concerning a 1600's sailor at sea for 3 years. Each song is a journal entry to either his family at home, or his captain. The Record consists of 15 songs, and clocks in at 50 minutes long. You can buy it at shows or on iTunes.
I'd love to see a RAGC "after-show" for Lollapalooza somewhere in chicago for that weekend... Can't wait for the new record either. Keep up the amazing work.

I just want to say that I truly and whole-heartedly believe you are the next big thing in music, good, real, music. You are extremely talented, especially being relatively young. I cannot believe I've gone all this time without hearing of you, I feel at a loss. I think you are completely underrated and I will spread the word because I feel like there are so many people who have yet to discovered the genius of your sound.
