RITM...whaaaaat??

Rock in the middle (RITM) has the goal to create a privilege channel, an interactive space capable to express at the best the potentiality of the Apennines territory and its riders.
It’s a sort of "work in progress". A growing project that changes its shape and contents in continuous evolution. It wants to improve itself by innovation, development and sharing, that are its distinctive characters.

'Rockin’ the middle' was born as an independent snowboard video during the 2005/2006 winter. The aim was and still is to show our growing scene, that is improving year after year, where structures become bigger and the riding level is on the rise as never before.

The following year we decided to give birth to a website for the video distribution. So rockinthemiddle.com grew up and formed itself in the snowless 06/07 winter season, that despite of the weather, gave us a lot of fun and inspiration.

The video ‘Watch out! Rocks in the middle’ is the result of that difficult season, that you will recognize in the landscape but not in our soul.
The riders in fact showed great creativity and determination trying everyday new and unexpected stuff!
We realized that snow is not enough to build or develop something worthy: you definitely need the right mood. Go shredding!

Watch out! has been a big success. 1000 DVD published and more than 5000 download from the website up to now. Thank you for all the positive comments and the constructive critiques we received.
The video soundtrack was required and appreciate as well. The merit goes to Fru!t, Volcanoman, Fake P, Danny Fingerflipz, Giulio Maresca and Fabio ‘ESP’ Sestili that believed in our project improving it with their music.

Now the season is over and we are currently working on the next video, hopefully out this fall.
