The beginning of an EatGood 09 onslaught sees Percy Filth’s "Elbow Grease" EP released in conjunction with Aerosolik Records. Percy follows up his outstanding debut "Don’t Take It Percynal" with another choice cut of hand-crafted Hip Hop.

"Elbow Grease" has features from the usual Eat Good suspects (Sonnyjim, Redbeard & Kosyne) as well as brand new faces in the form of Stig Of The Dump, Dr Syntax, Foreign Beggars, and more!.

To celebrate the launch in Eat Good style we're throwing a party!! much like Sonnyjims Trading Standards launch (CD available from www.eatgoodrecords.com) back in September 2008, we've got selected artists from the project coming down to perform tracks as well as an exclusive DJ battle as well as sets from some of Birminghams most talented DJ's (who also feature on the Elbow Grease project!)
