Rust and Regret are a Metal band from Omagh/Cookstown, Co. Tyrone consisting of:
John Cowan: Vocals
Stephen Neeson - Guitar
Dani Rooney - Bass
James Neeson - Drums
Rust and Regret was started by James and Stephen Neeson to express their musical ideas; Heavy, intelligent metal. Our main influences are MuDvAyNe, Mastodon, Napalm Death, Tool and Slipknot but we draw from a wide variety of sources.
We play metal with progressive elements and place great importance on dynamics and hooks. John was asked to perform vocals for the band, which allowed the lyrical ideas to come to light.
We released a 5 track Demo called 'Dawn,' in 2005
and a full length follow up called 'The Bunker,' this year

Just to let you all know, IGNITION will be doing their first small uk tour in May, to promote our latest EP.
Startin off in Liverpool, we will be playing in the zanzibar club and then the Cavern.
We then play the Road House in Manchester and finish off with a few dates in London, which include the Windmill in Brixton.
