Hey Everyone!
My name is Sara Elizabeth Nelms. I have lived in Nashville for a little over 3 years now, chasing the dream. I absolutely LOVE this town.
But... I will always be a Florida girl at heart. If I could move Florida and Tennessee closer.. I definitely would. I miss you all, down there!
Music is all I have ever wanted to do... I have a degree in Music from the fabulous Florida State University! Go Noles!
My music is influenced by all kinds of music but country music resonates with me the deepest. Guess thats why I sing country! Hope you enjoy! I am always updating, so come again soon! xoxo~Sara

The first time she set foot in front of a Nashville microphone, her fingers trembled with anxiety. After a nod of encouragement from a few members of the MuzikMafia, she began speaking, and proving herself worthy to stand on their stage. That night, the artist found her canvas. Born Jennifer Bain in small town Iowa, SWJ was given her name by MuzikMafia artists who simply wanted to set her apart from the other Jens they knew, Spoken Word Jen, became SWJ, and the rest is history. After moving to Nashville with nothing more than the belief that she belonged there, discovering a sense of family only intensified her passion, "Finding a place to share these words I'd had pouring out of me all my life was such a huge breakthrough for me, to find people who dig what you do, and want to see you succeed is an amazing thing."
You rocked last night! Well, you rock anyway...but fer sure last night! Thanks for bringing your beautiful talent to Christopher Pizza! I'll be sending you some pics I got....HOT HOT HOT!
