   About SAROS
Saros weave together life experience with its reflection in the world of dreams to conjure a powerful yet bleak and tragic sound-scape of isolation, madness, power and corruption. Driven by a creative tension that finds its clearest expression in the dueling lead-work of Ben Aguilar and Leila Abdul-Rauf, the riffs maintain a balance between force and grace, the solos often becoming as much a narrative as the lyrical threads woven together. This juxtaposition of force and form is audible on every track of Five Pointed Tongue, the band’s first full length released on Hungry Eye records in 2006. Beneath it all, the thunderous rhythm section of Tim Scammell on bass and drummer Blood Eagle maintain the heart and pulse of the Saros sound. The band's growth and progress is evident in epic proportions on their second full-length, Acrid Plains, which was released in early 2009 by Profound Lore.

Hi dudes. I don't have Ben and Sam's #'s. Play the middle slot of 3 for this one show. After we will crease back and hide in a fold of fat having one of the devil's 3 golden locks.

I've been listening to the new CD. It's even better than the first. I love the acoustic parts. It has some nice atmospheric sounds going on, which happens to be my favorite style of music.

Thanks for making another great album!

You're welcome. My new canon camera seems to take better video than the one I used for the old videos.

Can't wait to see you guys again. Saturday night was great. The best sounding of all the times I've seen you. .
