SËBASRÖCKETS are a contagious DECADENT HARD ROCK / HEAVY METAL four piece group formed in MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA including JAY MAHAR - Guitar/Vocals, KYNAN O’MEARA - Guitar/Vocals, ADAM VINCENT - Bass/Vocals and RORY GEORGE - Drums/Vocals.
Cutting their teeth as kids listening to KISS, MÖTLEY CRÜE, AC/DC, ALICE COOPER, RATT, METALLICA, SEX PISTOLS, RAMONES etc. just to name a few, the members of SËBASRÖCKETS founded the group with the same conviction as their influences, which is proven time and time again, when audiences are confronted with their sharp, hi-Volume, hi-Energy, chorus driven Rock’N’Roll.
SËBASRÖCKETS self-tiled debut album (AVAILABLE NOW now via Faultline/MGM and iTUNES) illustrates this. 10 songs which take a no nonsense, no prisoners approach chronicling the bands dedicated cut-throat existance lyrically and sonically. The debut album received rave reviews both nationally and internationally and has set a solid foundation for the the highly anticipated 2nd album.
SEBASROCKETS have been busy touring nationally supporting overseas acts including (Brides of Destruction - featuring Nikki Sixx of MOTLEY CRUE and Tracii Gunns of L.A GUNS, ESP - featuring Eric Singer of KISS as well as Bruce Kulick and John Corabi, Crucified Barbara and Hard Core Superstar from Sweden) & headlining in their own right. The band is hard at work on album number 2 tentatively titled ’LIP SERVICE’
