Power, energy, intensity. Shadowside can be defined by their and passion for Rock and courage to take risks and pursue goals and dreams. Bringing together the four members' influences of Hard Rock, Thrash and Heavy Metal to create songs with strong hooks, heavy guitars, catchy melodies and a vigorous performance with a hint of modern. Featuring Dani Nolden, one of the most powerful and charismatic female vocalists ever heard, they leave fans totally enthralled night after night with a highly vigorous performance.
In the band's history are several international tours that include a total of 21 countries, sharing the stages with the likes of Iron Maiden, W.A.S.P., Nightwish, Helloween, Kittie, Sepultura, Divine Heresy and Temple of Brutality (featuring David Ellefson of Megadeth), an album in the top 5 Metal charts in their home coutry Brazil (Dare to Dream) and several best band, best song, best singer and best album awards, such as Airplay Direct's 2007 contest that opened the doors for their international career and Rock Show 2011 Award as "Best Metal band".
The new album Inner Monster Out was produced and mixed by Fredrik Nordström (Arch Enemy, Evergrey, Dimmu Borgir, Bring me the Horizon and many more). Featuring guest appearances of Björn “Speed” Strid (Soilwork), Niklas Isfeldt (Dream Evil) and Mikael Stanne (Dark Tranquillity) on the title track, the raw energy on all the 11 songs showcase a band that are not afraid to try, unleashing their “inner monsters” on an album full of energy and attitude.
