I, and others like myself, dream of a gathering of zombies to stagger around downtown next October 25th. I envision hundreds of people in character and costumes of varying degree shuffling listlessly, staring hungrily and basically scaring the wits out of people for a few hours before ajourning to the local watering hole to moan drink orders to impatient bartenders.

About me: Calling all zombies! The THIRD annual Sioux Falls Zombie Walk is really starting to stink up the place. Last year we had over 200 zombies! I know we can do better this year.
We are meeting October 25th @ 6pm at Skelly's Pub in downtown Sioux Falls. After initial formalities, we will disperse into the streets to stumble and groan, scare little kids and offend the weak hearted. At 7PM, our army of the undead will gather once more at Skelly's for live music and libation. I hear moans of free beer again for zombies. This year's event will be a charity fundraiser supporting the Sioux Falls State Theater. Imagine future walks spewing forth onto Phillips Avenue from the bowels of the historic State Theater!
The live/undead music at Skelly's will be ALL AGES until 10PM with The Electric Super Wumpus, Welcome to the Cinema, Zed on Arrival and CASTLE! How frickin' cool is that?
Tell your friends. Seriously.
Undeadly yours,
Zed.

Who I'd like to meet: George Romero, Tom Savini, Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and about 500 other people that want to be zombies and wander around downtown Sioux Falls on October 27th, 2007. Oh yeah, and all of these people below....
I am so glad that you do this.. honestly. We heard about the first one and my son and I went down to watch the zombies and take pictures.. and I told myself if you did it again we'd dress up. And you did! By the 2nd it was my son (2), my fiancee and his daughter (4) a very pregnant me. We dressed up like zombie doctors and the kids were the patents (people said we were sick lol awesome!!!) anyway.. this year was no different but you've started a halloween tradition for me and my family. The baby was born and was delightfully zombie-fied for this years event and we had a blast. Just wanted to say thank you and dammit.. WE WILL BE THERE NEXT YEAR TOO!
Oh we are SO down for coming again next year. We had such a blast. Its awesome that this exists cuz we've been dressing up like zombies for over a year and have a lot of fun with it every time. Count on us returning. Count on ZOA rocking harder then ever:-)
