Hailing from small-town Grand Forks BC and following lengthly stints in previous bands, four driven local musicians united in January 2010 to form the band they always wanted to be in. Slagduster creates bone-crushing yet intricately detailed, thought-provoking music, while mixing technical riffs, heavy grooves, off time rhythms, epic build-ups, unique interludes, and keeps an emphasis on the melody, fluid song structure, raw feeling, and the brutality. Slagduster is not easily labeled in today's music scene. No sissy vocals or cliché trendy mainstream non-sense. Period.
