a means of creating new music. In the ensuing years, Spool has collaborated
with the Chimera Physical Theater, participated in The American Festival Of Microtonal Music, given a workshop at The Governor's School of North Carolina, performed at No Future Fest III, The Charleston Improvised Music Festival and recorded extensively.
This is really, really good! I totally dig what you guys are creating. Yes I know what you mean about the genre thing, closest we could find was 'jam band'! ;) And you do shows in churches too - I'm impressed! Keep up the good work, Adam
what a variated wonderouhaus-- signs of Life in the Kingdom of Carolina upon which i've rarely laid my eyes, but must clearly send my ears. . . huraah. . . .
Thanks for the add - I really appreciate it. I need to spread the word far and wide on the crazy indie filmmaker trying to make an IMAX film ("Outside In") in his basement. Anything you can do to help would be great.
Love to have you guys as virtual extras in the film...www.outsideinthemovie.com/candletothesky.html
Thanks for finding me. I know a lot of people doing really interesting things in N. Carolina now...wish Wisconsin could be so lucky! I may have to make a trip over there some day. Love the first track (couldn't listen to the others for some reason, though I'll check back.)
thank you for inviting me! I will be passing through your area in fall, 2007 while on a solo tour i am setting up. Perhaps we can collaborate on something?
