Statius was formed in the Winter of 2007 by five musicially driven metal crazed teenagers. From the San Fernando Valley in California, Statius have embarked on a mission to incorporate all different genres and styles of heavy metal to create numerous epic mosaic heavy metal masterpieces. After sharing many stages bands such as Tyr, Alestorm, Suidakra, Michael Angelo Batio, Bonded By Blood, Exmortus, Mantic Ritual, and more, Statius has quickly started to draw the attention of the eyes and ears of metal heads and music fans hungry for a new young talented act. With the release of their first self release E.P. "Arcane Fables" and their biggest show to date with Edguy, Epciurean, and Luna Mortis at the key club in September, Statius is ready and craving to move foward on their musical venture.
