About me:

Hello ~ thank you for being a friend of Moonwarriors. 800 dogs & cats are killed every hour in the US, often by inhumane methods such as gassing or heart sticking. This cruel disposal of homeless & stray animals is paid for by your taxes. Sponsors of petitions promoting no-kill alternatives have shown that it would be more cost effective & humane to fund spay-neuter programs, adoption schemes & sanctuaries.

I was born and raised in California...so I miss the beach very much.Last time I walked along a shore I cryed my eyes out!...so beautiful and majestic,especially when your all alone walking on the sand, which is rare these days.

Veganism is at the core of the Animal Rights movement, but an improperly implemented vegan diet which causes health problems will discredit not only veganism, but the animal rights movement itself. Brenda Davis will discuss:

In 2003-2004, Brenda Davis and her then 15 year old son Cory travelled with Anthony Marr in his first (of 6) Compassion for Animals Road Expedition (CARE-tour), which covered 41 states in 7 months. She has impressed Anthony as being the healthiest and best conditioned person he has ever met. Cory was raised on a vegan diet since birth, and is the picture of health himself.

Cove tells the story of a remote fishing village in Taiji, Japan with a
dark secret. Thousands of dolphins and porpoises are slaughtered and
their meat, containing toxic levels of mercury, is being sold as food
in Japan, often labeled as whale meat.
The majority of the world
is not aware this is happening. Cameras are not allowed inside the cove
and the media doesn’t cover the story. It's critical that we get the
word out in Japan – and the world.
